Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 days to return your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. To return an item, please contact the NCTA Store  919.615.3242  or nctastore@nc.rr.com.

NCTA Store accepts returns/exchanges on: unworn, unwashed, full price merchandise with original tags attached. NOT applicable for returns: Sale, Clearance, Custom Made items. 

  • NOTE: You have 48 hours within delivery confirmation date to claim a defect on any items listed as "not applicable for return" to receive a refund due to damage or defect.
  • All returns may be sent to NCTA Store located at 3228 Garner Road, Raleigh, NC 27610

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your bank/credit card again.
If you still don't see it please contact your bank or credit card company, There is often some processing time, up to 14 days, before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at nctastore@nc.rr.com or 919.615.3242.

Sale / Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale/clearance items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective ItemsIf you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at 919.615.3242 within 48 hours of receipt.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please give us a call 919.615.3242 or send us an email at nctastore@nc.rr.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

North Carolina Troopers Association Store, 3228 Garner Rd, Raleigh NC 27610.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee  your returned item will reach us.
