Shipping policy
Free In-Store Pick UP.
All packages are shipped VIA USPS Priority mail, or UPS
Effective January 1, 2024 All Glassware, this only includes items that are glass or porcelain, will only be shipped via UPS.
Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is placed and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed, boxed and shipping from our NCTA Store in Raleigh. Please note: any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.
Some packages may take longer than the expected delivery time picked.

Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. Which will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.
NCTA insures each purchase for up to $50 during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Additional Insurance can be purchased.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at 919.615.3242 within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipment Tacking: You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
Changing Shipping Address: Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
